This Photography project i wanted to show how the female body is fashionable even without many clothes on. i was very inspired by Saint Laurent and how he loved to show off the female body when it came to his clothing. I did the pictures on polaroids to show off how the vintage look can be so dramatic when creating imagery, also how sometimes imperfections can be beautiful.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
When I look into my future in 5 years I see myself working at a fashion house, for example like swarovski, schiaparelli or cartier. I will be working in their marketing department full time and hopefully have a higher position in it by then. I will be planning on creating my own marketing company by that time even though I don't plan on making it in 5 years. I also want to work in advertising, this would be amazing for me because I would love to be close to campaign management. Since I also want to be incharge on creating campaigns in my future I believe advertising could be amazing for me to start a career in. I also want to also be able to travel a lot with my job and be able to see the world and have creative inspirations whilst doing it. I want to have a say in what the brand I will be working for does for their campaigns or social media and be able to be a creative part of it.
How my career will develop is i believe creating many different connections throughout the industry to then be able to get these people to recognize me and help me when it comes to one day creating my own company.
My primary goal is to create my own company in a few years time. I would like to either create a marketing agency which can help other brands focus on their marketing departments and also help them with rebranding and social media. Or my other goal is to merge both my interests, interior design and fashion. I would love to create a company which would primarily focus on doing interior design for luxury brands boutiques.

One word that describes me best is kind. People have told me I am a very kind person and am never mean to anyone or anything.

What people value most about me is my calmness, I'm very rarely stressed and I bring a calming energy which can help people with not being as stressed out.
One thing I apparently can change is not being a pushover, I am a very nice person and can very easily be manipulated into doing things which I personally wouldn’t want to do.
Mentorship
I was very lucky to have a very big mentor throughout my career. She was able to show me the ropes on how to play the fashion industry the right way. She has also been a huge help when it comes to helping me apply for jobs now when I've been applying for different jobs the past few months. Since I've also worked with her I was able to understand how it is to work when you have a high position in the industry and how her brain works when it comes to making big decisions around her job. I believe that mentorship really is the best way to get an insight on this industry, its extremely competitive and fast pace so it really is a privilege to be able to have someone who is so willing to help when it comes to all of this. I know that she will also help me no matter what i do in my career, if that's working for her or helping me gain connections to build up my own brand one day.
My timeline
September 2024 - swarovski internship for 3 months ( i have this )
January 2025 - internship in paris or new york in a marketing department
Potential options - Schiaparelli , Frame , Toteme , Giambattista valli
September 2025 - either be offered a full time job from the internships or find another brand for a full time job preferably in New York but paris is ok too
Sep 2025 - sep 2027 - build my way up that company
September 2027 - if i don’t work in New York i will find a job there which hopefully will in the same department of another brand or move to an interior design firm to learn more about interior design
Sep 2027 - 2028 - stay at the company and work my way up again
Sep 2028 or 2029 - start thinking about creating my own company and find other founders to help me with this.

Obstacles
I think that obstacles I may face in achieving my goals are people who put me down. I am someone who takes a lot to heart so if someone tells me that i wouldn't be able to do something i can convince myself that i would not be able to. This is a problem because this could stop me from creating my dreams. What I think I will need to do is to make sure that I take these criticisms as empowerment, when someone will tell me I can't, I have to make sure that that makes me want to prove them wrong more than put me down.
